If you look at bigger trends, demographics, interest rates, housing starts, job growth etc and see the patterns and places in the path of progress and invest with fundamentals in mind.

If it Is , your a smart man and doing a good job ...if not then you bought wrong , wasted your income on a foolish liability and will likely experience early male pattern baldness and erectile dysfunction
