I saw it as a controlling path system of society to fit in a box when I am an outside of the box thinker and innovator.   

Then he said don't worry about the rent you charge because people with Bad Credit are "conditioned by society and understand that they will pay more than everyone else" I'm paraphrasing here, but this statement is soooooo true!!! 

It's cheap as heck, just put one together and see how the fasteners work....cheap.I would go to a) lower end antiques stores (or yard sales), and b) high-end thrift stores (not Goodwill, usually charity run stores like Humane Societies and such have really good donated furniture, plates , etc...

If you want to dress like every other realtor, drive the same car every realtor drives and get lost amongst ever agent doing the exact same thing then maybe tattoos are not for you but the way I see it if you leverage it right you'll be fine and stand out to the rest of society that feels a bit like you right now. 

Thank you for exemplifying the greed-driven mentality that pervades our society, where profiting off the thirst for knowledge takes precedence over genuine goodwill.

Sometimes there are some tiny details in perception, which you could get only personally connecting with people who enter the property. 

I do have problem with them taking advantage of homeowners and not giving an accurate perception of what they are leaving on the table.

Many investors' perceptions of the city wwere changed!

Like most folks I had a negative perception of Detroit.
