The warranty excludes standing water and plumbing leaks - this is probably the reason.So while I am impressed with how waterproof it is, this is a kitchen with dishwasher ina  rental property, so we will go with LVP which I know is 100% waterproof as it's core is just plastic. 

The drawer slides have plastic parts that break easily, and the doors go all wonky.

Ideally you don't want it backing onto a rear neighbor and if you can get a home with a covered patio area along with the pool, guests love that.  

I removed a lot of security lights as its a safer area now (cut electricity $50 a month), added palms out front and repaired damaged fencing, termite etc.I added value by a taking small 12x12 area leading to unit 2's patio that was unused.

We took down half a wall to make a breakfast bar and removed the dining room window to add a door to the patio.

yikes those are 50lb pull on those plastic things.. what are your guest doing lol

I also purchased patio furniture that I will either sell with the home or take to the next project.

I use delta but def want metal parts not plastic.
