Its hard to tell someone that is going through a hard time that they have to pay or get-out, but your role while running a business / managing a property is to ensure that you are fulfilling your fiduciary responsibility. 

Our financial and societal systems set us up (essentially for a form of financial slavery) long before I ever incarnated on earth.  

Questions:1) What areas would you suggest that fulfill these requirements? 

I would encourage you to reach out directly and we can clear up any discrepancies or circumstances in which we may have not fulfilled our obligations to you.

Jokes aside, i am a people person in way that I actually enjoy helping people, it's not a painful thing for me it's personally fulfilling.

Then if 50% of bookings actually use the "included add-on" with a standard $100 coupon, that's $2000 in services I have to fulfill (for now I'm assuming they all use the full $100 but I'd set it up where it's a discount code and I charge for any extra amount).

If you are seeking to play the long game and are willing to fulfill those requirements, you simply cannot find a better niche to ensure your investment success IMHO. 

It's fun, fulfilling, and I make good money. 

This is the kind of stuff that makes my life have meaning, fulfillment, and excitement.Finally, I have a good savings account and I can pay for repairs in my personal home without needing to use a credit card.

Not saying it can't be done, but very tough.How do you get the best price and fulfill your fiduciary duty to the seller, when you think you can sell it for more as an agent/broker to someone else?
