I get basic fridge, no ice maker or water hookup to avoid issues but none of my properties are in A class.. 

If, in the middle of the coldest part of a NY winter, an ice storm hits and disrupts power to utility customers, disabling their heating sources. 

This is just a simple common sense example, but what do you think that means for local brick and mortar businesses and even the big box stores. 7 out of 10 people are not going into the ice cream shop right now to get a scoop.

The icing on the cake is that a lot of vinyl floors are comprised of recycled materials and are completely recyclable themselves.
