I really like the southeast corner of the US from Texas all the way across to Florida.  

Fredricksburg and Galveston are big draws in Texas and the Southeast alike.

The Heights belt I am referencing is strictly the more South/Southeast area (Garfield, Maple, Warrensville Heights)You can definitely find some solid multifamily in the Shaker Heights area.

Even got my inspections (personally) done w/ my handyman on my 2 duplexes in contract today after finishing telework after a local exit meeting.That's not counting my 2 weeks off for xmas and new years weeks, 4th of july week, a couple random weeks throughout the year, all the regular holidays, a month and a half in Europe last Sept/Oct, and planning 3 straight months in Asia for 2015 or early 2016 (if all goes to plan).

I syndicate multifamily properties in the southeast.  

Development will be occurring so far West and Southeast that Goodyear and Avondale will be the "center of town."

Hey @Cody Barna,  Have you checked out Vail in the South East side of Tucson? 

But willing to buy a property in the Midwest, southeast, etc. 

Chandler is a city 25 miles Southeast of Phoenix and on average is a 25 Mile drive.

Especially if you've got college students, in particular those from Asia... there's very little copyright protection there and teenagers from Asia have very very high rates of downloading.
