They just need the baseline of education, generally about freshman High School level education.After that, you are capable to make a TON of money if you are REALLY motivated.Now I want to get back to my childhood friends.NONE of them became Millionaires before I did.Of the ones that became a Millionaire, I don't know ANY of them that did it without me as they became Partners in my Real Estate Investments.Of the ones that Graduated College, NONE would have been a Millionaire without me.2 of those that went on to be Doctors.

Just because we have X-rays and MRI's doesn't mean we don't need doctors, just because we have Legal Zoom doesn't mean we don't need lawyers, and just because we have Zillow and Redfin etc. doesn't mean we don't need Realtors (and actually these sites couldn't exist without Realtors, we are the ones inputting the listings/data that they use after all).
