Do you ever look for the lowest priced doctor, attorney, CPA?

People assume you have it better, you are rich, you are soft and on call like a doctor when you tell them you are the landlord.

They just need the baseline of education, generally about freshman High School level education.After that, you are capable to make a TON of money if you are REALLY motivated.Now I want to get back to my childhood friends.NONE of them became Millionaires before I did.Of the ones that became a Millionaire, I don't know ANY of them that did it without me as they became Partners in my Real Estate Investments.Of the ones that Graduated College, NONE would have been a Millionaire without me.2 of those that went on to be Doctors.

I have several friends who are Doctors and a few of them left HS at 16 and went to college.

Only a doctor, psychiatrist, counselor, ect. can "prescribe" it.

Everyone is an individual -- there are good cops and bad cops, good doctors and bad doctors, good lawyers and bad lawyers...and their status could be affected by a multitude of reasons.

Doctors tend to assume they are the smartest person in the room at all times so it's really hard to counsel them on a business that is new to them.

Unless your becoming a doctor/nurse/lawyer you may want to think twice about continuing college. 

I rented to a woman with a good FICO but $200k in student loans for a humanities doctorate.

Just because we have X-rays and MRI's doesn't mean we don't need doctors, just because we have Legal Zoom doesn't mean we don't need lawyers, and just because we have Zillow and Redfin etc. doesn't mean we don't need Realtors (and actually these sites couldn't exist without Realtors, we are the ones inputting the listings/data that they use after all).
