Of course I would have some "skin in the game", and the rest of the fiancing would come from venture capitalists.

This state looks at landlords as capitalist scum who makes their ill-gotten money from the sweat on the backs of the working class. 

Those jobs, products, services, industries, and opportunities that so many wealthy capitalist have introduced get washed away in the heavy tax of the wealthy.

But yes my end game I suppose would be me being somewhat of a venture capitalist.

This would be an issue that may fall along politically based views as to the consumerism side or to capitalistic interests, courts usually lean one way or the other.

Also, socialism and communism are radically different concepts and I know in the US we use them interchangably.But my post was not about politics (we have issues, and so does the rest of the world currently, no matter of capitalist, socialist or communist country - all have the same problems at the moment, interesting to note).
