And, frankly, I wonder if some of these folks who get a bunch of property seemingly overnight don't have paranoia, fear, anxiety, and live with the very real possibility of bankruptcy if things outside of their control happen in the market or a couple of pieces of bad luck strike.

That being said, I did get in touch with a Real Estate Agent in New Jersey that used them, so I know they're legit, which is when I pulled the trigger.Unfortunately for me, the person I was working with never followed through, and for me, you get three strikes with 3-day intervals.

The market is HOT and you will get multiple offers within 7 days if you're priced right and don't have a god-awful layout or other issues.Rent strikes are not happening in any meaningful way.
