If you didn't do your chores you got a strike and had to do them and buy everyone beer.

But striking out alone means you make your own decisions yourself not others, including you should do it or not.

Too many are chasing yesteryears gold strikes, and not paying attention to where the next gold field is being already opened, ready for the reaping.

One piece of advice though, if you strike a deal to give him money to move, no money is handed over until he actually vacates.

And, frankly, I wonder if some of these folks who get a bunch of property seemingly overnight don't have paranoia, fear, anxiety, and live with the very real possibility of bankruptcy if things outside of their control happen in the market or a couple of pieces of bad luck strike.

That being said, I did get in touch with a Real Estate Agent in New Jersey that used them, so I know they're legit, which is when I pulled the trigger.Unfortunately for me, the person I was working with never followed through, and for me, you get three strikes with 3-day intervals.  

The market is HOT and you will get multiple offers within 7 days if you're priced right and don't have a god-awful layout or other issues.Rent strikes are not happening in any meaningful way.

Some folk go for dark (black) which can look striking but it screams "rental unit" in my book. 

Striking a balance between price and rentability definitely seems like an important factor I’ll need to consider.
