I also own the empty lot next door and am planning to build an exact replica of my current duplex on that lot.

We then provide a few starter k-cups and a bag of coffee for the drip side.  

He did help out the day I needed the truck and thought picking up 26 bags of quickrete and dropping them off at the house ourselves wouldn't be difficult. never again.

This is as good as the reviews for the 5 lb bag of sugarless gummy bears..

My current properties in Medellin and France have been a mixed bag, but I am happy I made them.

DoMyOwn.com has great products and tons of how to's...I have use Advion, it is a bait that works well. aLso, use Gentrol and a few other products.If the tenant has cats or dogs, it may be very difficult to get rid of because they are coming in the food bags and packaging.

Just from briefly looking at it, this looks like a valuable tool to keep in my tool bag.
