The unit has 2 floors, stainless steel appliances, and is close to transportation into NYC.  

I’ve put less than  4K into repairs. 7k for 6 years of transportation is a good deal to me.

I'm sure you can find Prefabricated homes on line that you can buy and they come in a bunch or parts and then you put it together but its not going to be built on a chassis, that is a huge characteristic of a Transportable home like the others.Now back to the fact that you may never have seen a mobile/manufactured house outside of a mobile home park, depending on where you live that could be true, New York City or other high density areas are not going to be where you find these homes.

Those aren't going anywhere so there's a strong economic base but also looking at the city logistically it has all forms of transportation with a high volume of traffic coming through.
