When I spoke to the Title Company about the unpaid balance of the levy they told me they could not help me out and very rudely dismissed my inquiry (maybe because I discovered that they did not do a good job of uncovering all liens or levies due to previous owner's delinquencies).

In fact the graph is flawed in the sense it only assumes that all payments are made on time, every time.

Nor how many of that model they sold.but it was flawed from the beginning the only way to make those work was to build them on lots that were basically free so you knew right there that was the worst of the worst neighborhoods.. just a waste really.

This is compounded by the fact that if you send any written communication, the borrower can give it to his attorney to look for flaws and use it as a negotiation tool.Debt buyers being exempt from those shenanigans would be extremely welcome as we could focus on actually helping the borrower.CFPB is the consumer financial protection bureau.

I didn't have a contractor or anyone inspect it yet and property is being sold as is. what are some strategies I can use to talk the sell down a couple thousand in case there is a bigger issue that I will uncover later. please Help
