Yes, I segment tenant demographics by Acute and Chronic, because in my eyes that's exactly what they are, and life patterns show and follow such. 

Some flooring is like that, they have "random patterns".

If it becomes a pattern of behavior a discussion about when they receive their paychecks etc. may help if a tenant needs the rent paid at a certain date each month.

I would first run the fact pattern by your custodian and see if they will conclude on it, but if they punt I can refer you to a solid ERISA attorney that I collaborate with in situations that I myself am not 100% certain of. 

While class C SF/MF would be supported by migration young-folks pattern (they are also GenZ but from different country).
