It can be anything from soil conditions to comparable prices, etc.

If there is wood underneath--either oak or pine--I will always refinish, even if it needs patching.

I have heard people keep bunnies outside here in Wisconsin, but it would have to be a fairly well insulated cage to duplicate the warmth that a burrow down in the soil offers.

I think the lack of true relationship between investor and lender soil any deal, just like the investor hiring a bad sub contractor.

@Thomas S.Obviously all systems/soils will be different, but when I purchased my home it had a failing field, totally backing up.

Quick question for those who are familiar with Alabama tax laws...for an LLC partnership that has done no business in 2017 (it was started last year but no deals were done underneath the LLC) is it still required to file taxes for that year?

The seller is a older gentleman that just wants to get out from underneath the properties.
