Don't assume that just because you want someone out, even though it may be your property and your right, that they will magically have someplace to go, and will comply without resistance. 

They'll tell a buyer that FSBO house A is in a dangerous neighborhood but will tell that same buyer a listed home B around the corner is a great buy in a gentrifying neighborhood.Having said that, you can travel the path of least resistance or not, it's up to you. 

They resisted diversifying their economies, repurposing their manufacturing facilities, closing dangerous mines, and they thought that if they just waited long enough, something would change. 20 years ago, the rust belt was dead, and some of those towns kept on waiting, and are still waiting.
