A class brand new just built all sorts of modern amenities including big GYM  maybe day care  coffee shop etc.. all within blocks of each other same public transportation and same schools.. this is where the New buildings could have big move in bonus's and renters leave the lower tire props for the brand new one.. you still need great/good credit to get into ABC in Portland..

I looked for one within 30 mins of Manhattan with lots of access to public transportation.

We can never fight it just like how Uber disrupted the taxi industry and change our thinking when it comes to transportation. 

If you put it on the city's radar you will need to bring it into compliance.I am not 100% sure I understand your overall question though...Are you wanting to put a rooftop deck on your roof and create a hatch in the enclosed porch to get to the roof top deck?

I don't have the best means for transportation at the moment to attend physical meets.
