I went to the auction last year and was afraid to bid on any of the lots because they were last and the auctioneer said and I quote, "Is there anyone here wanting to buy ANY of the lots in (certain neighborhood)" and did a little laugh and lots of folks laughed and shook their head no.

I read this post, shook my head after rolling my eyes and wondered how come I've never up with the brilliant idea of getting real estate investment advice from my doctor while he taking my blood to check my cholesterol level. 

I was the one that was confused until he showed me how he did exactly that by finding a really good player in Madden Mobile for 30,000 coins.

We introduced ourselves, shook hands and he said they want $125K (it was worth about $150k) at $1000/month.

After I shook on the deal and had a quit claim deed signed over to me, I came to the brilliant idea to have title insurance on it.  

Then there is the magnificent duo of Peter Andrews (https://casetext.com/case/wiedis-v-dreambuilder-invs-llc) and the lovely Madden family (can't find any court records at the moment but I personally know one attorney who is in settlement discussions w/the Maddens for non-payment of fees, as well as 3 sets of investors who have been treated by the Maddens similarly to the way Ryan has been). 

I wanted to see how things shook out and stick with a conventional loan for the next purchase.
