I would like to move to Austin (as there are many like-minded entrepreneurs there) and want to live on a ranch with 2+ acres, so I can raise goats, chickens, and have fruit and vegetable garden.

we have individual storage lockers for  each apartment, laundry room in every building, private parking lot, and if you count this i just bought them patio furniture and put it out our courtyard and plan on having someone come in to plant a vegetable garden ( we have a couple seniors who miss their garden and alot of our students are vegans)

It is like saying I hate vegetables...there are a couple good one's out there :)By warning people about gurus and making some generalizations, I hope to see people at least looking at other options or spending a little more time researching the options they were already looking at...I just hate seeing people lose money.
