It’s incredibly rare statistically but you feel pressure to participate because everyone does, and “what if” lightening actually strikes.

Sometimes there just isn't enough gas in the tank to get over the next hump and if you've hit that point, do whatever you need to to lighten your load.

I see how this cannot lighten the burden of interest if you are continually borrowing from the LOC, but can't the equity be making more $$ in other ventures while a conventional is still heavy with interest and no access to the equity.
