Seeing the equity in my own home increase significantly in the past two years sparked my interest to explore different avenues of potentially investing with that equity.

Thus by tapping into equity I can keep the cash reserves and transform the intangible equity into something tangible.

Pittsburgh has really seen a dramatic transformation over the years.

The residents were thrilled with the transformation of this property that they call home.

It's taking an ant hill and transforming it into an enormous mountain!

We paid a tenant $10/hour to use a kit and refinish used cabinets that I bought from a former tenant for $300 with a rustoleum cabinet transformations kit.

We bought it maybe 13 years ago because there is a transformer  (translation squirrel zapper) on the pole coming to our house and no one else is affected in such power failure.
