Why is it a problem, the actual shift is not noticeable when happening (most likely).Is it non closing doors, floor in the kitchen (for instance) sagging badly near the stove.Maybe get guy under there to shim up the low spots closer to level in some areas.Since you lived there it might have gone way out of wack in some places.They need to understand Texas has muck for soil in some places.Good Luck!

Make sure you own the land underneath and that it has potential and don't leverage.Be prepared because mobile homes are management intensive and break all the time.

The way I look at things is that all capital allocators are spread traders underneath it all, maybe real estate more so because of our common sources of funds.

i am with steve on this. these plastic tubs are proned to cracking and those hairline cracks are super hard to see. you can probably see it from underneath best. so if there is an access panel, fill the tub and open the panel and see where it's leaking from.
