The hospitality hit was really felt in Asia but not too many places in Europe and hardly anything in the USA. 

If your south, East of the expressway to the lake but no farther south than 95th st.

And the government is happy to fund all these people's bad habits and mistakes.IMO, Americans have has it so easy for 4 generations.. its not a surprise the standard person from East Asia runs circles around the typical American who has had it way too easy.

All you wholesalers out there, does anyone know a wholesaler in Southeast Michigan?

Coming from Asia where keeping face is very important, and living in a small town (less than 35,000 population in the County) where Police Station doesn't open during the weekends, and many people knowing your business, I would have very difficult time not responding. 

If you want exact I would say northeast, west 7th and south east pockets of Mpls close to the river, which are all holding strong from what I see.

We have an ICBM loaded ready from Asia aim.

Some markets here in the southeast have small apartments - 10 Units + where you can probably use 100K as a down payment to purchase.

The southeast region is catching my eye (Texas, FL panhandle, and even MS & AL gulf coast).
