Being so fresh into this community yet eager to learn I have filled my brain with new knowledge from the moment interest sparked and I've considered mentors I just don't know where to look per-say, I do find the way you find someone every month to learn from fascinating and would you mind sharing how it changed your mindset when it comes to success?

Looks like you've been able to transform some local properties in into solid rentals, etc. which is awesome.  

Over the last 20 years I have really seen a transformation in certain neighborhoods in Oakland that were seen to have less value really come up and be booming again.

This age group has a lot of distraction and friends that can kill your motivation, but this is a great help to spark the fuel to keep going.

The corona virus lock down has sparked an economic calamity that we still have not yet seen the worst of.

It's been permitted to partly because of term transformation and rate refinancing over years - all monetary expansion. 

Given that their is a shortage of housing in this area, it could spark new construction and interest in Seller's trying to sell homes and investment properties.
