Auto-thermostats adjust the temp so your AC isn’t constantly running in between guests, your floor isnt getting constant wear and tear, people hardly ever use the appliances, I think it will be pretty easy to show down the road that the little bit of extra work it takes to get a property staged and up and running is more than worth it.

Sometimes it goes up and sometime it goes down.I agree, but there are manipulators who cause the phenomenon, namely the Fed, the media, and the Democrat Party, who right now stand to gain politically from as painful a recession as they can inflict.

72 degrees in the deep south heat is normal (I'm in SC)- I think a normal AC is only going to cool 20 degrees lower than the outside temp as a rule of thumb right?

So my comment is just kind of off the cuff.If I had $6000 worth of something in a fridge that was lifesaving or even just worth $6000 I would have bought a $79.00 mini fridge when it became clear there was not a stable temp.
