Currently, TREIA North subgroup meets at Tribeca Tavern, TREIA South and TREIA West subgroups at (different) Golden Corrals, and the main meeting is at the Hilton (snacks provided).

Also ask your PM company to leave out coffee, snacks, and tea for guests. 

When I was setting the house up for rent, I got a lot of stuff at Costco- pillows, sheets and towels, snacks and wine for the welcome basket, paper goods, cleaning supplies, etc.

Technically no different than handing a child a snack, but lots of people don't see it that way.  

When I do these I usually bring some type of snack so they stick around long enough to hear my presentation.
