They can co-exist.

I am an investor in Chester County but also have one in the Harmony Woods area, and live in Hockessin.

You certainly need to do the best you can to maintain neighborhood harmony, but you are not legally (or physically) in a position to judge what is and is not a viable noise complaint.

For a rental i would never use Sherwin Williams, it cost $52 per gallon, $270 for 5 gallon (harmony product).

I like relationships that are harmonious and genuine in nature.
