Marie PoeIf you lock them out and put their stuff on the sidewalk, isn't it then a civil matter for them to get back in?

He is requesting that we keep the entry door unlocked during the day for this purpose.The main entry door is right on the sidewalk of a fairly busy street.

They asked if i could "trim branches overhanging sidewalk and cut  branches off up to 7 feet." 

Install it as close to the sidewalk as the city will allow and fill it with paperbacks.

Then she hit the electric pole on the sidewalk so the sheriff issued her an accident report as he had to notify the utility company for damages.It was a VERY interesting morning!!!

My primary residence is covered under our homeowners policy but we opted for the extra coverage through Dominion (or whatever they are now) for the upgraded sidewalk and landscaping replacement coverage should we ever have to dig. 

Single family houses walk through grass front parking lot, could pour in ~40' long sidewalks to their front doors.

If you personally own the property and I trip on a crack in the sidewalk I may be able to come after you for not only that property but for anything else you own personally.
