I have been told that Wholesaling is not a very big money maker way to spend time for most people who do it.Kind of a ton of Woodpeckers many of them in the petrified forest sort of scenario.And that many of them would be better off getting a 2nd (or first) W2 job and saving that money up for a down payment.They could probably work overnight at a Bowling Alley handing out shoes (and drinking free soda) and be better off at the end of the year.

I paid for dozens of tire repairs from roofing nails, bought thousands of dollars in gas, filed deeds, paid local land taxes, dump fees of a couple of thousand, and many hundreds to the local convenience stores for drinks and ice for my workers, doughnuts, gatoraid, sodas, etc.

This is how we did it starting out - we looked at our monthly bills, and started aggressively eliminating expenses that ranged from things we would not miss at all (like cable subscriptions), to things that we would miss a bit but would not affect our happiness overall (like buying soda, eating out often, etc.).

A kind lady at Lowe's (where I had gone to buy Drain-O) suggested I use vinegar and baking soda to loosen up any gunk, then use the cheap plastic "snake" to get the blockage out.
