@Eddy Baik We have some unique 30 year fixed DSCR products which are STR friendly and allow us to calculate DSCR using actual STR income OR a new, not very well known yet, appraisal form type which one of our AMCs offers which gives us local STR comparable rental data (as opposed to the standard LTR 1007 rent comp table).

Most of this stems from the fact that you went 100% LTV on the seller note so the ying to the yang of putting no money down is that you get little cash flow in the first few years.
