Its almost like dealing witht the Democrat party, everyone has their talking points down.  

It is not a Republican or Democrat issue, and neither a poor tenant nor more prosperous tenant issue.

I am a democrat, but I view this loan forgiveness as a flagrant attempt to purchase votes.

Meanwhile, I was getting into deals - We had a Zoom meet-up in late 2020 and he had not done anything because the Democrats had won the election and he was worried all the laws would change.  

We do have more Democratic representative in the State House than I think we've ever had, so this may make it farther than I'm giving credit for, but we'll see.
