A lot of sites offer mail lists based on location, the one I use is realtor postcard, and they tend to be cheaper then a specialty list.

Personally, if you have the budget, I recommend direct mail at 2,500 or more addresses in a 3 to 5 mailing campaign over 3 to 6 months.3) Postcards are cheaper than letters.

You can do postcards for about 60 cents (total); the "yellow letters" cost about DOUBLE that, so I'm not a huge fan of letters.
