My tenants pay  their rent to me electronically through Zelle/Chase Quickpay, no mail.

Four days later I expressed my intentions of terminating the contract, shortly afterwards I recieved a electronic document stating no known leases, the document was backdated prior to my contract.

I have a very part time asst to help with leases, renewals, paperwork, etc but is pretty limited...I operate another full time business that is the breadwinner and have a young family ---- so it is becoming more difficult for me to maintain focus with all the action going on and maintain a solid work/life balance.

Instead of it being a simple Vanguard electronic transaction, I get to build something and be a part of the investment.  

Nowadays it is all done online- the contract is in the cloud, you get an e-mail when you need to sign something, you sign online (electronic signature) and everything is transferred electronically and instantly.

@Austin Wood some of the classes systems available readily provide contracts including electronic signatures.

Lastly, I do have a biased opinion as I have worked in the electronic security industries for the last 15 years.
