@Ray Os As long as you don't expect any other water/pipe related issues within the next 12 months, I'd suggest you find a way to fix this issue yourself and not file a claim.

You want to be sure to put the property in the trust at the start os the short sale.

cold calling (CC) even paying 100/week to an OS VA via a professional CC firm is yielding about 2 -3 warm leads a month and nothing so far.
