I am looking for some type of excell fill in the blanks spreadsheet to use to count # of windows, doors outlets etc and everything else os I don't overlook anything. looking for something I can easily carry around house on a clipboard and fill out with trying to flip through an entire book  of pages.

Even OS typically allows a residential unit.  

The only concern I have is that this would be an out os state investment for me.

Someone looking for a safe haven for cash from the stock market may be fine with a deal that holds value against inflation while the craziness is happening with stocks, but someone who is just starting out may need a little more meat on the bone.are you looking to invest locally on a hands on project or are you looking for out os state options with a turn key company?

Evolve has taking over tax reporting and payments as os 11/1/21 and as of today 11/29/21 have not communicated anything about this to me. 

Some people continue to advise to wait until rates drop but knowing the monthly savings I am unsure if it os worth just doing it now on wither property. 

I was looking for more of a sense of probability of completion to purchase, since most people I know who do L/Os don't do much volume --so the stories are more anecdotal.

For L/Os it's a similar concept and this strategy works well with newer or fully remodeled homes and also needs to be the right market conditions.Best of luck!
