What was your strategy os an OOS investor when it came to building your team?   

Os if they didn’t do that, the $400 comes out of tenants security deposit.

Usually the cost of land os the hurdle, but here - even if the land is free there are underwriting challenges because of rates, cost of constructions, permitting and approval costs, and rental values falling shorter than needed for cash out refi. 

In fact, perhaps it’s an appropriate time for a government data OS update?

But my response here is about Open Spaces) OS is excellent.

I was looking for more of a sense of probability of completion to purchase, since most people I know who do L/Os don't do much volume --so the stories are more anecdotal.

And if it all fails, I love @Ed O.

The only concern I have is that this would be an out os state investment for me.

I am looking for some type of excell fill in the blanks spreadsheet to use to count # of windows, doors outlets etc and everything else os I don't overlook anything. looking for something I can easily carry around house on a clipboard and fill out with trying to flip through an entire book  of pages.
