I'll be sending out postcards for the 4th through 7th mailings.Question: For those that send out letters, do you change up the message for each mailing if so what do you say on your 4th,5th,6th, etc...?

My postcards talk specifically about the ways I can help the property owner with a number of possible scenarios that they are likely dealing with (I can do this because my lists a pretty targeted, and there are some known facts about the people I'm contacting).The words "at a discount" ARE mentioned specifically in my voicemail message (which is what I was referring to above - sorry if I was too vague on that).

I have found people care about what you can do for them rather than what you look like etc.If you have limited space on a postcard to get a CTA (call to action) across the last thing you want to do is put a big picture of yourself taking up space.Don't go too big with the marketing pieces too soon and run out of money.

Postcards slow down the phone a lot however the majority of the calls are a better quality although the quality calls are not as abundant as yellows.

Or Hire a Door Hanger and hang door hangers and also have them give you that list.2) Send a low cost Post Card first class and ask the Post Office to send you back the vacant House post card rather then forwarding it.
