I was busy with a self storage project and apart from bidding on a few properties at tax sales, never got into that market in a meaningful way.

@Jacob Walls I have a Wyoming holding LLC which is named according to something that is Meaningful to me and my family.

@Jason Clemens Provided you can take enough cash out on the LTR to be meaningful I would recommend you take cash out of that and get a new STR, or if you are in a particularly aggressive mood you could sell and take that cash to get more than one property, with the goal to have the second property be either easier to manage than your current LTR or double down on 2 STRs.

So just as I thought, a bit faster with the monthly additional payments, but I don't know if that would be considered a meaningful difference.  

Your "best" market will fit your investing goals perfectly and one that sparks your interests or passions.
