It's been musical apartments!

My primary concern was if the tenant downloaded some illegal music or something else I could be fined for or the fiber equipment could be damaged, under this arrangement, I am not in charge of the account used to login to manage the google fiber connection or the equipment that's used at the residence.Hope that helps anyone interested in doing so themselves.

It is not your neighbor's role in life to listen to your tenant's music, loud guests, or anything else.  

Treat that money like you're dealing with the portion of that persons life they traded to earn it....Well put.the owner has every right to foreclose should there be defaultConsider running the instrument you will use with your real estate lawyer . 

College kids like to illegally download music and movies.

I hear the Jaws movie music playing, as we wait to see what disaster is around the corner...

The music row and edgehill areas between Belmont and Vanderbilt are really popular for the college/grad school/ med school crowds, Likewise, in and around West End and Hillsboro Villiage is quickly changing. 

Plus, if you end up with teenagers, it would be nice to have them and their loud friends and music over the garage, too, lol.  

You dont want to turn the situation into one where others are moving out of an apartment because the new neighbor blasts music and parties 5 nights a week.  

Some people just don't want to be complainers, or they assume you know about the problem and choose not to do anything about it.I had a tenant who someone complained about for having friends over and they'd play acoustic music into the wee hours of the morning.
