Account Closed no, in fact CA 1695.3(f) specifically states that "the terms of any rental agreement" need to be included in the purchase contract, which implies its ok so long as all terms are agreed upon.There was talk about adding it in CA, but it looks like it wasn't adopted - hadn't checked in a while, sorry for implying otherwise.

Hometap claims "no interest" but if you look at cash now vs. percent equity they'd take in a future sale, the implied interest rate is something like 25%.Are there private investors out there who are interested in doing similar deals with better terms?
