Problem #4: If these are college students, did you have a parent or guardian co-sign for rent and damages?

It comes down to changing mindsets and education-and I don't mean going to college or university, but how to handle money, budgeting, etc. 

Or that the sponsor was “independent” and the crowdfunders “experts” doing due diligence were kids a couple years out of college with insufficient training, knowledge or understanding of finance, real estate or accounting.  

We have 3 kids in their teens with college plans as well.  

The money you took from our builds was for a 5 year old college future.

Why not wait till college is done and you find a job?

I didn’t catch that the HOA has a bylaw that states that no more than 3 unrelated people can live in the house at any given time, but I have it rented to 5 college soccer players(two are brothers).
