Also, nice to hear from another husky (and a D'Amore-McKim attendee, too). 

The new house belonged to pet owners--they had a husky--and it had zero noticeable pet smell.I plan to allow tenants to have pets, but am not sure what kind of deposit I will charge yet.

Those breeds might not comply with your insurance coverage.Both husky and rottweiler are not covered under my property so that would be a no for me on that one.
