Is anyone else experiencing this sudden uptick in real estate in your businesses within the last month or two?

I’m trying to connect with people who are actively looking at Tahoe STRs to understand how you’re sourcing deals and what’s been challenging lately.If you’ve been evaluating Tahoe properties in the last 30–60 days, I’d love to chat for 10–15 minutes.

Middle  - lower middle are the last generation or two generations ago of these facilities rehabbed.

While they do have a monthly minimum charge (last time I checked about $40... that figure is good up to about 20 doors... so it works out to be about $2/month / door for us.)While I will talk about my experiences, most of these types of services offer a similar set of features... but these cloud based providers make landlording A LOT more convenient!

It will last for the current administration and then change again.
