What I meant is that if I ever decide to buy, I’d prefer it to be in a market where I can meet the team and inspect systems once or twice a year, rather than buying in a location that’s a great STR market but a weak overall real estate market if I ever choose to sell.

So sad - Kiavi is a premier lender for brokers their system is amongst the best but this is a massive red flag and a terrible way to destroy strong broker relationships.
