Demand in Bellevue/Redmond is strong due to tech and corporate travel, while Sammamish is more seasonal/family-oriented.3.Single-family homes (without HOAs) usually work best, especially if they have a guest suite or ADU for privacy.I’d run both long-term and short-term rental numbers before buying to see which makes the most sense.

Don't know.Context:- My impression of RE agents in Portugal is that they aren't very investor orientated and after trying to comply with your criteria for a few showing they switch to their normal offering (that usually doesn't cashflow and/or make ROI sense).- I usually use the site I gave you to get a general view of the market and monitor it's evolution (you can tag properties).

That makes sense, EOS breaks down the year into quarters then the quarters into quarters to maintain goal orientation. set a 90 day goal, then track inputs to reach that goal.
