Butchers Hill honestly sounds like a really good move for you I can totally understand the mix of excitement and nerves you are feeling right now Being close to Hopkins is a huge plus and having your own parking pad is something many in Baltimore wish they had I get the worries about the surrounding neighborhoods and the reputation but from what I have seen the area is changing and has so much potential over time You are definitely not crazy for thinking it can go up in value I think you are making a smart long term decision

To find a reputable agent in any market you can start with your local trusted agent and ask if they refer to anyone in the areas you are looking at, that gives you a good starting point.
