The problem with condensation on the ductwork generally occurs when you have a building that has air leakage or you have an entry door that is opening and closing a lot so that moist air is in the room and this moist air condenses on the outside of the cold duct.

Has anyone else had leakage issues like this?  

After we received the water bill on 1/6/2016, We immediately close main line water  and waiting a plumber to check for water leakage.

It has small stuff like water leakage at sink fixture handles, water leakage in sink drain pipe, water stain beneath sink. 

Right now, my whole roof needs to be replaced due to age and small leakage. 

You have to check leases and make sure no cam leakage where you have cam stops on management above a certain percent that you can't pass on to the tenants etc.

There are signs of foundation issues like water leakage in the past, cracks, repairs done on crack, doors not aligning and locking, small step like crack on the front of the house brick wall (picture attached) however inspection confirmed no foundation issues, so thinking of getting professional to look into foundation.
