If they painted, did flooring, replaced a window, etc those items can add up.

First floor condos will be at the highest risk of flooding.

Animals that pee on the floor, that are aggressive. or that are not well-controlled by their owner are going to be a problem avoid them if possible. 

Then on 1-4 unit's I have DSCR / rental programs as low as a 5.25% floor, after margin final sale is 5.99%.
