I can't imagine going online and bidding in tax sale auctions in 10,20 different states.

We don't accept payments except through our online portal or directly into our business banking by check or cash.

I can't speak to the safety of the area, you'll have to look that up online. 

Plus its usually free.I agree with Andrew.Also you can search yourself and run the numbers to find great properties in good areas.Many of us have a 100% success rate on our properties because we put the time in to find those great properties often with help of a local realtor. 

I've been crunching numbers on deals, analyzing things like cap rates, NOI, and break-even occupancy, but I know there's a lot more to learn from real-world experience.I'd love to hear from folks who've successfully bought and managed similar properties in this market.
