What funding avenues can I tap?

The home I have is too new to have any equity to tap.

In Colorado springs the water tap is 10K plus, and a line would need to be excavated to the street or alley so you are looking at as much as 40K, gas is also expensive to run, but I haven't had to do that.

I can say, get a good quality pad, as that will be key to getting better carpet wear.

Maybe ask that same contractor for a time frame on the rehab, and then pad a few weeks, because something always comes up.

The neighbors sewer tap is pump and my lot is gravity.I dont see any help from county, I will talk to the attorney and see what is my next step.ThanksReddy
