Although it has all bedrooms upstairs, it does have an electric chairlift on stairwell wall and has wheel chair ramps throughout the back yard.Are there any organizations, or groups that I should be contacting to see if they need housing for their members' needs or is there a better way to promote this property to find the best tenant for it??

I am scheduled to close tomorrow. my contract says "broom clean condition", which i think is standard language in most PA's.well, i went there yesterday and the house is still a mess, multiple refrigirators, ovens, wheel chairs, porn tapes, cabinets, water heaters, dolls, tables, you name it, it's there.my agent left multiple messages with the sales agent (a huge knob!)

Smokers are NOT a protected class.Pets are NOT a protected class.Service animals are a completely different story -- a service animal should be treated like a wheelchair or other medical device.

If you have the $, features like extra wide doors to get a wheelchair thru, roll in shower, tall toilets, things like that can make it safer for everyone at some point.

If they do not have the ability to accept residents in wheelchairs, it would be unwise to accept them.Finally, at least in the state of GA, you would not need a license as the owner of the home, but that could vary on your state and local rules and regulations.
