Sometimes pulling out equity and reinvesting it elsewhere..maybe in a smaller, more agile asset..can give you the cash flow boost you’re after without giving up a solid property.Improving the property’s current performance by making it more appealing to tenants or tweaking lease structures could give you a nice bump.

They also had a separate program iterally and figuratively for $299 per month where they they would send directly to your email about 5-8 trade recommendations per month where they would literally show you what option trade to do, at what price or net debit or net credit, etc.

@Chris Johansen I believe the part you're missing is you are not "simply loaning him money" under the new iteration of your partnership arrangement.

Both Keycheck and Avail.co also keep a copy of the lease and let you iterate it as you think of things that need changing.
